Regumint is a legal analysis platform providing AI-powered structured reasoning for attorneys and legal teams. Services include the Firm Bank, Legal Authority Model, Two-Phase Reasoning Engine, and Traceability Layer.

Regumint provides analytical tools only. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or compliance certification.

3.Access and Plans

3.1 Trial Access

14-day free trial with full functionality for evaluation.

3.2 Professional Licensing

Commercial use requires a subscription. Scope covers users, modules, and data access. All licenses subject to these Terms.

3.3 Academic and Research Access

Reduced or complimentary access may be offered for academic or policy research.

4.Payment Terms

• Subscriptions billed in advance for agreed period.
• All payments non-refundable except where required by law.
• Late payments may result in suspension.

5.Term and Termination

• Access continues for subscription duration.
• Either party may terminate with written notice.
• We may suspend access for breach of Terms or unlawful use.

6.Intellectual Property

6.1 Company IP

All rights in the Regumint platform — software, design, data structures, reasoning architecture, authority models — belong exclusively to MMS Ventures SAS.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded documents. By submitting, you grant a non-exclusive license to process and display content for delivering Services.

6.3 Usage Restrictions

• You may not copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• You may not redistribute Regumint outputs without written authorization.
• You may not use Services to develop competing products.
• You may not remove proprietary notices.

7.Data Protection

• GDPR compliant.
• Data encrypted in transit and at rest.
• No client data sold or shared for marketing or model training.
• Third-party processing covered by Data Processing Agreements.

8.User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of credentials.
• Ensure authorized use within your organization.
• Use Regumint only for lawful and professional purposes.
• Verify analytical output before relying on it for decisions.

9.2 No Legal or Financial Advice

10.Limitation of Liability

Total liability limited to amount paid in preceding twelve months. Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.

11.Third-Party Services

Regumint may link to third-party sources. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.

12.Modifications

Terms may be updated. Material changes communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13.Governing Law

French law. Disputes subject to Courts of Paris, France.
